After a 35-year career in healthcare, I launched Mary Alice Insurance with one simple mission: to help seniors and retirees protect their health, family, and future.

My work in Medicare and extended care is deeply personal. Caring for beloved members of my own family gave me firsthand experience with how overwhelming healthcare and insurance decisions can feel. I understand the questions, the worries, and the “What do we do next?” moments — and I am committed to helping you navigate those decisions with clarity and confidence.

As a licensed independent insurance agent and broker, I help individuals and families better understand their coverage options so they can choose plans that best fit their needs. I also assist with short-term and long-term care planning designed to help protect independence and support the ability to remain at home for as long as possible.

A North Carolina native and Meredith College graduate, I enjoy family time, fitness, healthy cooking, and time at the beach — preferably on a boat.
